CAKE POPS

does anyone know about the new cake pops at Starbucks? they are amazing, they are basically cake on a lollipop stick. What makes them so delicious is the inside is creamy and moist cake. I did an experiment and tried to make them myself and they actually turned out great, although they weren't as pretty looking they tasted the same. so here is how you should go about it.
Basically you make a cake doesn't matter the size or amount. just pick a sort of cake you like and bake it. simple enough. once the cake is finished you want to take that cake and crumble it up into little bitty pieces into a large bowl. after they cake is completely destroyed you want to add maybe a half of a tub of icing (that is if you only made one box cake, the amount can vary). you plop that in and than for the fun and tasty part, you must mush them together with your hands. you continue to mix the cake and icing together till it is fully mixed in. it should be messy but it taste great.
next you pull on a baking sheet or pan and create little lollipop like balls and place them on the sheet. when you have made enough you have to get lollipop sticks (you can get them at any local craft store) and you just put them into the balls. once you get them all done you stick them in the freezer for about ten minutes. as they start to harden a little bit you can get out the type of baking chocolate you plan on using. after ten minutes in the freezer you can take them out. you must heat up and melt your chocolate in the microwave and than you are able to roll the cake pops in the chocolate till they are fully covered and than place them on a tray. this is messy and actually quite hard. if you want to do sprinkles or some sort of topping you must do it immeditely after covering them in chocolate.
after the chocolate covering and topping you place them in the fridge overnight (i am not quite sure the exact time) or until they are harden. and there you go you got cake pops!
they are so great and they are more fun to make anyways! ENJOY!
